With tax season being only 3 months, our time becomes limited, and thus we are requiring a $40 deposit for all *NEW clients to avoid people booking appointments just for 

At Guia Tax, we welcome new clients! Our goal is to provide exceptional, quality service during and after the preparation of our existing and new clients’ tax returns. 

With tax season being only 3 months, our time becomes limited, and thus we are requiring a $40 deposit for all *NEW clients to avoid people booking appointments just for quotes/estimates. The $40 deposit will, however, be applied to the tax preparation fee if the client wishes to prepare his/her tax return with Guia Tax. 

Implementing this new policy will help us in continuing to provide quality service to all clients. Thank you for your understanding.

*NEW clients: Anyone who did not prepare a 2023 tax return with Guia Tax. 

We understand that life happens, prompting changes to our schedule. Please give us a call no later than 24 hours from your appointment time to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a $10 fee. 

Appointments that are not rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advance will incur a $10 fee at the time of the client’s next booking. We

We kindly ask that you arrive to your appointment on time, so that we can respect all of our clients’ time. 

   Should you require a tax transcript (from a university, lender, lawyer, etc), you may request a tax transcript to be mailed or to be viewed online, directly from the IRS website for free.

Please keep in mind that a tax transcript is only a summary of your tax return; it is not a copy of the original filed return.

 All tax forms used in the preparation of the tax return are stapled to the back of the tax return. Please keep your tax documents in a safe place for at least 3 years. Should you need a paper or electronic copy of your tax return and/or W2’s, we can gladly provide you with an additional copy for a $10 fee.
