Tax Tidbits

The deadline for filing taxes with Guia Tax is April 15th of each year, unless an extension is granted.

Please bring your W-2 forms, 1099 forms, receipts and any other relevant tax documents. If you are unsure of what to bring, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Guia Tax works with mostly small businesses, including sole proprietors, partnerships, and LLCs, 

If direct deposit is selected, you can expect your refund in about 2 weeks from the date the tax return is filed and accepted by the IRS. If you have not received your refund, and it has been 6+ weeks, please give us a call, so we may call the IRS for you to check on the status of your refund.
